The return policy of Soap Tech and all of its vendor partners is 30 days. In all cases you must provide a support ticket number to prove that you worked with support and they were unable to resolve you issue(s) in order to get a return approved. This is at the discretion of Soap Tech and its vendor partners. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
